Consent to speeding is NOT consent to a ticket.

Consent to heroine use is NOT consent to addiction.

Consent to overeating is NOT consent to getting fat.

Consent to driving is NOT consent to an accident.

Sounds pretty stupid, huh? You must be smart enough to know the difference between an action and a consequence. Sex is an action, pregnancy is a consequence. You can ONLY consent to an action, you accept the consequences by default. ALL OF THEM… Grow up and take responsibility for your actions.

Just because there is a risk of something doesn’t mean you need to remain stuck with the consequences and do nothing about them.

Ex: consent to speeding is not consent to never getting your license back

Consent to herione is not consent to never getting clean/going to rehab

Consent to over eating is not consent to never losing weight

Consent to driving is not consent to being left to die in a acident.

You are not consenting to never getting help/fixing your problem. Pregnancy is not the only outcome of sex.
